A: At OttosConsignment, all items available for purchase are "pre loved" treasures, meaning they have been previously owned and vary in condition. Our inventory includes fully painted miniatures, partially painted minis, as well as minis still on their original sprues. We carefully describe the condition of each listing to help you make an informed decision. Since these are second-hand items, there may be signs of previous use or minor imperfections, which add to their unique character.

A: No, currently OttosConsignment does not accept Otto's Video Games and More store credit for online purchases through our website. However, customers who have store credit from Otto's Video Games and More are welcome to visit our physical location in person, where they can use their store credit to buy consignment items directly.

Our Consignment section is designed to be By Players, For Players. We do serve as the middle man to help our gamers sell their old kits, but they set their own asking price and we work to meet their requests through our in store and online service.   Price changes can occur at the sellers request, so if you see a piece you are interested in it may drop in price eventually if the seller decides to do so.

Of course! We keep all displayed consignment items on hand in our physical store at 7401 White Lane, Suite 2, Bakersfield, CA 93309. If an item catches your eye, please visit us there and we will be glad to let you check the piece out!

Currently, we are accepting consignments from local gamers in person only. If you wish to sell any kit or pieces, bring them to us and we can help you create your price list. As your pieces sell, that value will be placed on your In Store Account as Store Credit, which can then be used towards your own purchases!    This is a Gamer Centered service, so 100% of the sale price (excluding shipping) is awarded to the seller as In Store Credit. This is a great way to turn your old kits into new ones as In Store Credit can be used towards all Merchandise here at Otto's!
